Cameo Shores – Corona del Mar

Bordered by Pacific Coast Highway and the Pacific Ocean on the Southern edge of Corona del Mar, Cameo Shores is the prestigious sister neighborhood of Cameo Highlands. This beautiful community features all single-level homes, and two level homes are not permitted by the HOA unless the lower level is subterranean. The ‘terrace’ design and single loaded streets enable most homes to have panoramic ocean views. Amenities include parks, private beach access, and it is close to the shops and restaurants of the Corona del Mar Village. Overall, Cameo Shores consists of 60 acres and 177 single-family homes on streets named after towns on the East Coast. Bordered by Pacific Coast Highway, Pelican Hill Golf Course and Newport Coast Corona Highlands is located on the Southern edge of Corona del Mar. The streets are terraced; therefore, many homes have captivating ocean views. Corona Highlands is a sister neighborhood to Cameo Shores. Amenities include the use of nearby beach with private access, and it is close to the shops and restaurants of the Corona del Mar Village. Cameo Highlands consists of 40 acres, 142 single-family homes. All homes are built to maximize the views for each homeowner. The schools include Harbor View Elementary, Corona del Mar Middle and High Schools.

Shorecliffs – Corona del Mar

Adjoined by Pacific Coast Highway, the sparkling Pacific Ocean, Morning Canyon Road and Buck Gully, Shorecliffs is alongside Little Corona beach. Little Corona beach is a delightful spot enjoyed mostly by local residents due to its tucked away location near Shorecliffs. Described as spectacular and private, Shorecliffs and its quaint tree-lined streets offer unprecedented views of the ocean, cliffs, canyons and wildlife environment. Amenities also include walking paths and private beach access. The schools include Harbor View Elementary, Corona del Mar Middle High Schools.

The Terraces – Corona del Mar

The Terraces of Corona del Mar is nestled between The Corona del Mar Village, Narcissus Avenue, the newly built Oasis Senior Center, Poppy Avenue, and Harbor View Homes. The Terraces is a charming community comprised of 100 single level condominiums for residents 55 years and older. Amenities include a community clubhouse offering bridge and “happy hour fun”. The newly built Oasis Senior Center offers many activities, and residents of the Terraces also enjoy the beach-close lifestyle of the Corona del Mar Village. (Depending on the location within the community, the Terraces boast ocean and canyon views.)

Crystal Cove – Newport Coast

Bordered by Newport Coast, Pacific Coast Highway and Crystal Heights Drive. Crystal Cove is an esteemed community comprised of high-end estates with unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean. Amenities include 24-hour guard gated entries, two world-renowned Pelican Hill Golf Courses, ‘on the beach’ restaurant, and Crystal Cove shopping center. The shopping center features amenities such as an upscale nail salon, Optometry, Williams Sonoma, Trader Joe’s and Mastro’s Fish house. Crystal Cove was developed in keeping with the inherent nature of California coastal architecture. It boasts Santa Barbara hacienda-style design homes consisting of classic estate homes and luxury villas. Schools include El Morro or Newport Coast Elementary and Laguna Beach/Corona del Mar Middle and High Schools.

Corona Highlands – Corona del Mar

Corona Highlands is bordered by Pacific Coast Highway, Buck Gully, Cameo Highlands and the Pelican Hill ocean golf course. Corona del Mar Village – also known as the ‘flower streets’

Corona del Mar has its own prestigious 92625 zip code; however, it is part of Newport Beach, California. This beach-side pedestrian community features approximately 2400 homes in the flower streets from Avocado Avenue to Hazel Avenue and from the Oasis Senior Center to the captivating Pacific Ocean. Harbor View Hills South – Corona del Mar

Bordered by San Joaquin Hills Road, Marguerite Avenue, 5th Avenue and Buck Gully, Harbor View Hills South is situated in the hills above the Corona del Mar Village (also known as the flower streets). Harbor View Hills South boasts a lovely park and a sprawling greenbelt that runs throughout the neighborhood. There are 450 single-family homes built in phases from 1967 to 1971. Many of these homes have been either remodeled or replaced with new construction. The streets are terraced which provides more than half of the homes with spectacular harbor, golf course, and ocean views. This sought-after community is just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, Village of Corona del Mar and world-renowned Fashion Island outdoor shopping center. Harbor View Homes – Newport Beach

Encircled by Ford Road, San Miguel Road and MacArthur Blvd., this sought-after neighborhood is known locally as “The Port Streets”.
